1 C Jim Beam
½ C brown sugar
3 T molasses
2 T salt
1 T black pepper
1 shallot, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Qt ketchup
¼ C red wine vinegar
½ C black coffee
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan
and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for
15 -20 minutes. Puree with hand blender. Let cool.
